Therapy that encourages you to pause, reflect, heal & grow.
Marylebone Psychotherapy Practice offers psychotherapy and counselling to adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, burnout, childhood trauma, relationship issues, addictions, ADHD and major life transitions. I work with many clients who are balancing high-pressure careers in the City and struggling to cope beneath the surface. Therapy provides a confidential space to pause, reflect and begin to make sense of what’s going on — helping you regain clarity, confidence and direction.

I also have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent professionals and those addressing issues around addiction or recovery. My aim is to create a confidential, supportive space where clients can reflect, reset and rediscover a more sustainable way of living and working.

I’m a qualified and compassionate psychotherapist and counsellor, registered with the BACP and holding a degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am neurodivergent affirming and bring over 25 years of combined experience in the workplace and academia, giving me a grounded understanding of life’s complexities.
I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, as well as those in active addiction or recovery through 12-step programmes. My holistic approach draws on mindfulness, spirituality, and present-moment awareness. I also support professionals in high-stress roles to manage burnout and reconnect with themselves.

my Approach
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices designed to support meaningful and lasting change.
I integrate elements from psychodynamic therapy, existential philosophy, mindfulness and cognitive approaches. My work often centres on the “here-and-now,” paying close attention to what’s unfolding in the present moment.
Together, we’ll explore how early experiences and coping patterns may still be influencing your current relationships and emotional life. Rather than overanalysing, we’ll work gently with emotions and the nervous system to build self-awareness, enhance emotional resilience and support more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.
